Sun Country is a Monopoly-like game unique to Southern Oklahoma. It’s an exciting real estate game that’s fun for the entire family. Two to six players buy properties representing local businesses or institutions from which they collect rent from game opponents. A player may expand his property by adding investments to collect higher rents or resell the properties at a profit. Originally the Sun Country board game was a fund-raising project to support handicapped citizens in Southern Oklahoma. The properties are real-life businesses that were located in six counties in Southern Oklahoma in the mid-1970s. Ages 8-adult.
